Ok, I admit it. I have always wanted to be the owner of a Mac. I love the sweet look-n-feel of OS X and you cant compliment Apple without commenting on the great looking hardware either. Apple is now offering a “no-risk 30-day trial” for their Mac Mini line of computers.
I’ve been saving all my hard earned pennies in a jar for times just like this. Suddenly I am asking myself if I should put all those shinny pennies to good use and give this offer a try. I think at last count, I have just enough to get me a higher-end Mac Mini. Who knows, this might even push me over to “The Dark Side” for good.
UPDATE: It seems that Apple has pulled this promotion and is no longer offering it. Kinda strange to me. Not even 24 hours had gone by… let the speculation begin.
Hey Juan,
Apple got Slashdotted when this promotion was put up. I bet they did not expect a million orders in a day. Thats a good enough reason to me to pull the promotion. As for the Mac Mini,, I was an early adoptee of the new system and have no complaints. I actually purchased from Mac Mall with there no financing costs for a year. This is mainly so I can use my tax return to pay the sucker off. Now adays with the new ones they are quite loaded stock. I had to form over almost 9bills to get it with everything including a gig o ram. I actuallyreplaced my other desktop unit with this nice shiny little mac. Get one,, do it,, its worth it.
